Yoga
Yoga is the physical, mental, and spiritual practices which originated in ancient India with a goal to attain a state of permanent peace. The practice involves a system of movement and breath to achieve these goals. Sessions consist of asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathwork), along with meditation and a guided relaxation. Sessions incorporate Kripalu, vinyasa, and restorative styles. The Brennan Institute offers individual sessions by appointment at our office in Reston, VA. Sessions are personalized to meet your goals for flexibility, resilience, strength and balance of mind and body. Session rates are $130/hour, or $170/hour and a half. Contact us to schedule a time.
Due to Covid, yoga and Meditation sessions can be hosted on Zoom for individuals and groups. Ask us about setting up a time to tune in at home. |
